Reflecting on 2024 under my leadership and IYP policy document project initiative has been a journey marked by key milestones. Our policy-making approach has been centered on empowering the youth to lead, driving community change, and addressing critical challenges. These challenges include promoting youthful inclusiveness in decision-making processes, spearheading education reform, and amplifying the voices of young people to advance the ICPD agenda in Africa and globally.
Moreover, our focus has been on investing in comprehensive sexuality education, creating pathways for increased employment opportunities, and fostering collaboration with governments and parliamentarians. The outlined parliament strategic priorities for 2025 set the course for continued progress and impactful initiatives.
