“The Executive member of the Advisory Governing Council Board – International Youth Parliament and Incumbent Member of the Rwandan Parliament Her Excellency, Hon. GERMAINE MUKABALISA participated in the 12th Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU) Global of Young Parliamentarians, which took place in Samarkand, Uzbekistan.
The conference was held under the theme “Reclaiming human rights, justice and dignity for all in turbulent times”, bringing together young parliamentarians from across the world to discuss issues affecting young people. Representing Rwanda/IYP at the conference was Member of the Advisory Governing Board Council International Youth Parliament who’s discussion focused on youth inclusiveness in decision-making across Africa”.
