In Palestine the International Youth Parliament representative, UNFPA joined Al Quds Bank, Augusta Victoria Hospital, and the Ministry of Health to mark Breast Cancer Awareness Month and highlight the importance of early detection.
Breast cancer remains one of the most common cancers among women. Mobile screening services are helping bring care closer to women and improve access to timely diagnosis.
We thank the Government of Japan for its continued support to expand access to breast cancer screening and early detection services for women in Palestine.
